2. Booking and Payments

All bookings are subject to availability. A deposit is required to secure your reservation, with the full balance due before departure as outlined in your specific itinerary. Prices are subject to change without notice due to factors outside our control (e.g., government taxes, park fees).

3. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellations must be made in writing. Refunds are subject to the specific terms of the hotels, airlines, and service providers included in your package. Wanzeisla Luxe Safaris will charge a standard cancellation fee to cover administrative costs.

4. Travel Documents & Insurance

It is the client's responsibility to ensure they have valid passports, visas, and health documents required for their journey. We highly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance.

5. Liability

Wanzeisla Luxe Safaris acts only as an agent for the passengers in all matters relating to accommodation, transport, and other services. We shall not be liable for any injury, delay, loss, or damage arising from any cause and in any manner whatsoever.
